Sync™ now gives you offers with the brands you love. In this article, we’ll show you how you can purchase a one-time offer within the Sync™ app and claim the no fee transactions attached to the offer.

How do I purchase a One-Time Offer? #
- Tap the blue ‘My Savings’ tile on the Home Screen.

2. Scroll down the ‘My Savings’ screen and tap ‘See more’ next to ‘More ways to save’. Or, tap directly onto a featured offer.

3. Tap the ‘One-time offer’ that you are interested in.

4. Read the details of the offer on the screen.

5. Tap ‘Switch today’

Please note: You will now be taken to the relevant brand’s website. This is tracked to be able to reward you with your no fees. Please be aware, that it can take up to 3 months for Sync™ to be notified that the switch has been completed.
How do I claim the no fee transactions attached to One-Time Offers? #
It can take some time for Sync™ to be notified by the provider that the switch has been successful. Once we have confirmation from the provider, we will reward you with your no fee transactions. This can take up to 3 months.
We will let you know when your no fee transactions are ready to claim with a notification to your phone. Tapping that notification, or the star icon at the top of your Sync™ app, will take you to the screen below.

2. Tap ‘OK’

You will now see these upcoming no fee transactions reflected at the top of your ‘My Savings’ screen.
