Accepting an invite to join a team account
Please ensure you open your invite email on your phone or tablet (not a desktop) as it will take you to your app store to download the Sync™ app.
If you’ve been invited to join Sync™ as a team member, you will receive an invite via email. The email will come from Sync™ and name the account that you have been invited to join. For example:
Accepting your invite #
- Open the invite email on your phone or tablet and click the link in the email to ‘Accept invite‘ – the link will take you to your app store to download the Sync™ app.
- Once you’ve downloaded the Sync™ app, confirm your name and contact details and press ‘Continue‘.
Please note, as a team member, you won’t need to provide proof of your identity or bank details. If you find the app is asking you to ‘Register’ rather than ‘Accept invite’ please go back to your email invite and click the link in the email again.
Using the Sync™ app #
Depending on your permission levels, you’ll have access to different features within the Sync™ app. If your permissions are insufficient, please contact the account owner to ask them to edit your access.
Tap the ‘Charge’ screen (second icon at the bottom) to take a payment.
