How to redeem a referral code

Adding a referral code to get free payment processing

If you’ve received a referral code, you can redeem this in your Sync™ account to get zero fees on the next payments you take 🙂

Redeem a referral code: #

  1. Open the ‘More‘ screen in your Sync™ app (last icon at the bottom)
  2. Select ‘Redeem a code‘
  3. Enter the code you have received and tap ‘Redeem‘
  4. You’ll see a confirmation message in the app once successfully added. Tap ‘OK’ to exit.

Please note:If you have been sent a referral code from a friend, you must redeem this within 48 hours of signing up to the app.

View your rewards from redeeming a code: #

  1. Tap the blue banner with a star icon on the app Home page
  2. You can then see the savings you’ve made so far and how much free payment processing you have left – as well as other ways to earn free payment processing.
