Accessing your Sync™ account from a computer/desktop
The Sync™ Web Portal provides a version of your Sync™ app that you can access from your desktop computer.
To access the new portal go to Sync™.com and click Login in the top right corner, or by go straight to https://portal.Sync™.com.
Please use the email address associated with your Sync™ account to login.
The Portal is evolving and we’ve more features coming soon. Currently, once logged in, you can:

You can still access our previous Merchant Portal at console.Sync™.com using your Sync™ account email, but please note that this version will be phased out soon.
For the full Sync™ experience and access to all features, we recommend using the Sync™ app on your mobile or tablet. Just search Sync™ in your app store to download.
View or export reports #
With Sync™, you can access a variety of reports to get clear, detailed insights into your account activity.Monthly reports are no longer emailed to your account. You can now access them securely and conveniently through the Sync™ app or desktop platform.
To get started, simply tap the ‘My Reports’ tile from your app’s home screen or head to the ‘Activity’ tab and select Reporting. Prefer using a desktop? Just visit Sync™.com and click Login in the top right corner, or go directly to https://portal.Sync™.com.From the app, navigate to the ‘Recent Statements’ section under ‘My Reports’ to view or download monthly reports. On the desktop, go to the Reports section, pick a filter such as Monthly, and download the desired report.
Once inside your reporting dashboard, you’ll find a range of useful reports. You can filter these by day, week, month, or financial year using the dropdown menu at the top of the page.Remember to select the Monthly filter for comprehensive statements specific to each month.
Just a heads-up: your financial year end can only be set once, so be sure to double-check before confirming!Additionally, this new system ensures enhanced security, easy accessibility anytime, and the ability to download reports in PDF format for sharing or printing.
Note: You can only view or download reports and statements from the past 12 months.
Create and manage payment links #
To create a Payment Link on desktop:
- Login at https://portal.Sync™.com
- Click Payment Links from the left-hand menu
- Select + Add
- Enter the description and amount
- Click Create
You’ll see all created links and their statuses in your portal.
