Editing your business & profile details

How to change your Sync™ or business name, number or address

Once you have created your Sync™ account, you can update important information about your business within the app whenever required.

Edit your business details: #

You can edit your business name, phone number, and address within the app at any time.

1) Tap your balance on your app home screen

2) Select “My Business” on the page that appears

3) Edit your details as required. You can also add your VAT number if relevant.

3) Select “Save“

Edit your profile/account details #

You can edit your Sync™ account details within the app if you change your name or if you wish to sign in with a different email address.

1) Open the “More” screen in the app via the grey icon either in the top right or bottom right corner (depending on your app version)

2) Scroll down to the bottom and select “Profile“

3) Edit your name or email as required. Please note, this is the email you need to sign into your Sync™ account.

3) Select “Save“
