Add or change your bank account

You can add or remove a bank account at any time within the Sync™ app. If you have multiple connected bank accounts you can also change the default account – please see the steps below for more details.

Add a new bank account: #

1) Open the app and tap you balance on the Sync™ Home screen

2) Select “My Bank Accounts“

3) Tap “Add new account” at the bottom of the screen

4) Enter your 5-digit passcode

5) Select “Manually add account” or select your bank name from the list to connect via open banking

6) Enter your bank details and press “Save” or follow the steps to connect via open banking

Add a new bank account: #

If you have multiple connected bank accounts you can change which account receives your payouts. The account marked ‘Default’ is the account that will receive payouts.

1) Open the app and tap you balance on the Sync™ Home screen

2) Select “My Bank Accounts“

3) Tap on the relevant account and select “Make default account“

Remove a bank account: #

1) Open the app and tap you balance on the Sync™ Home screen

2) Select “My Bank Accounts“

3) Tap on the relevant account and select “Disconnect account“
