How to change your payout schedule

Editing your payout schedule to suit you

Changing your Account Type: #

You can change your account type within the app at any time:

1) Tap your balance on your app home page to open your ‘My Account’ page

2) Select ‘Need to change your account? at the bottom of the page

3) Choose from the 3 account types displayed and select Confirm.

Changing your payout schedule on a Standard Account: #

With our Standard Account, you can schedule payouts to your bank for the weekdays that suit you. Please note, your whole Sync™ balance will pay out if it is a scheduled/automatic payout.

  1. Tap your balance on your Sync™ home page and select “Payout Schedule” in the list that appears
  2. Confirm the bank account showing is the one you want to receive the payouts
  3. Select from the tabs (e.g. Monthly / Weekly / Daily) and then select the day of the week/month as relevant:
    1. Daily – your Sync™ balance will pay out to your connected bank the next business day, so payments taken on Friday to Sunday will payout on Monday.
    2. Weekly – select the weekday when you want your Sync™ balance to be sent to your connected bank account (Monday-Friday).
    3. Monthly – select a date each month when you want your Sync™ balance to be sent to your connected bank account (Monday- Friday).
  4. Select “Confirm schedule” at the bottom of the screen

You can also cancel automatic payouts to your bank to maximise the funds available to spend on your Expense & Rewards Card: select ‘Cancel payout schedule’ at the bottom of the above screen.

How do I pause payouts to my bank? #

You can pause or resume payouts at any time quickly and easily: Tap the three dots beside your balance on the app homepage and then select ‘Pause payouts’ / ‘ Resume payouts’ from the list that appears.

Your payout schedule, or pause status, will show at the top your app homepage under your business name.
